getting a Quality Product and our parachutes must meet the performance
needs of your rocketry flying. Sometimes things just don't work well
together, that's the nature of rocketry. Whatever
the reason, if you
feel that our chute doesn't work for you, return it for a full refund.
We would prefer you send it back before you fly it, of course, and WE will pay the return postage.
If your chute ever comes apart as a
result of poor workmanship (not likely - but things do happen), you
may return it for repair or a full refund, your choice.
If you have a chute that is damaged and
you want it fixed, send it to us and we will fix it for FREE and cover
the return postage. It's good for us to see how our chutes are performing
under normal flying conditions so it's worth it to us to offer a FREE
repair service.
